Welcome to my classes in Ealing & Hillingdon...

Hello, I'm Loretta and I teach classes on Tuesdays evenings in Ealing for all levels.  I've been teaching Yoga in Ealing for 8 years now in a very nice, quiet, spacious hall in Ealing W5.  This Yoga class in Ealing is in a good position not far from Ealing Broadway, which is convenient for public transport, and has a car park.

Also Tuesday mornings I teach Yoga in Hillingdon, in a nice warm carpeted meeting room, for the 'young at heart'. This Hillingdon class has been going for 5 years now.

At my classes you can leave the cares of the day behind and just let any tension roll off your shoulders.  Then do some wonderful work to stretch and re-align your body.  I'll help you progress and improve your postures and focus on your individual needs.

We work on the mind and the breath to create calmness and relax muscles .  The mind is the most difficult part of the body to control as it is so powerful, it can solve our problems or cause our problems.  Give your mind a rest, it's always busy.  Yoga quietens the chattering mind.  You can just 'be in the moment', in 'the power of NOW' without all that constant thinking and worrying.
