Trains/Tubes: Ealing Broadway, 10 - 15 minute walk

Buses: E2 from West Ealing.

Price: £9 for drop in, or £32 for 4 weeks, or £48 for 6 weeks.

Details: A progressive and challenging class for both beginners and experienced students. Postures practiced in a supportive and caring class giving attention to detail and body alignment.
 
 
Daytime Class 'Young at Heart'
 
Tuesday Mornings 

Times: Start - 10:00am, Finish - 11:30am
 
Venue: Oak Farm Library, Sutton Court Road, Hillingdon, UB10 9PB

Ability: All abilities - nobody is too old or too stiff! Delay the aging process - "Move it or Lose it".

Price: 6 classes for £45
 
Details: Yoga will improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, help concentration, mental clarity and relaxation.
